The Monthly Meetings involved were Westbury (Forest)
which was dissolved before 1750, Stoke Orchard (united with
Gloucester 1755), Gloucester, Nailsworth and Frenchay.
Gloucester & Nailsworth Monthly Meetings were united in
1854. Frenchay MM joined Bristol and Somerset Quarterly
Meeting in 1868 and was united with Bristol MM in 1870.
Stow and Campden MM, comprising the PMs at Stow on the
Wold and Chipping Campden, was united to Warwickshire South
MM in 1790. Thereafter forming part of Warwick, Leicester
and Rutland QM and its successors. Register enteries may be
found in either digests.
Bristol Friends formed Bristol Two Weeks Meeting, in
direct subordination to London Yearly Meeting from
1668-1784. In 1784 they reformed as Bristol MM and united
with Somerset as Bristol and Somerset QM. Bristol &
Frenchay MMs were united in 1870.
