  1. Ham & Waltham MM, comprising the SW of the county (mostly now in Greater London) joined London & Middlesex QM in 1691, and was then divided into two. The northern part joined Enfield (latter Tottenham) MM. The southern part was reformed as Barking (later Ratcliffe & Barking ) MM.
  2. From 1667-1753 Colchester Borough was not part of Colchester MM and Essex QM. It had its own Two Weeks Meeting which was directly subordinate to London Yearly Meeting
